As part of her Asian leg of her tour “Fame Ball”, Lady Gaga performed on10th of August for her devoted Filipino fans.
Before her long awaited live performance at the Araneta Coliseum, a press conference was held at the Edsa Shangri-La in Manila. There Gaga declared the love she had for her fans and music, saying “I love pop culture and I love my fans above anything, so I’m happy to be here in Manila and spend some time with you guys.”
Local showbiz personalities and fans were on hand to support her first live performance in Manila and they expressed their love for the pop phenomena in which they came out to party and dance the night away. With four costume changes and belting her popular hits such as “Poker face,” “Paparazzi,” “Fame,” and “Just Dance,” she kept the crowd entertained and on their feet.
After her performance Gaga stated on her twitter page, “Just headlined my first arena ALONE, after opening for years thank you Manila, never forget you. I Love my fans so much, you are the reason I’m here.”
